If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, simply mail it back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will issue you a refund of the purchase price or exchange it. Please use our support center to contact us before sending your item back to us. Please let us know the reason why you are returning the item so that we may take steps to improve our service.

When returning to us you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us. Game Repair World is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping and recommend that you purchase insurance when shipping back to us.

Please include a copy of your invoice and/or a copy of any conversation with our Customer Support. Please also include all original packing materials, manual and accessories that came with your purchase and if possible use orginal shipping carton.
